Habby And Lace offers delivery to all residential and business addresses within South Africa, excluding P.O. Boxes.
Whether you’re in a major city or a remote town, we’ll ensure your order reaches you safely.
Delivery Costs
Delivery charges are calculated based on:
- The size, weight, and packaging requirements of your order
Your delivery location - The final delivery fee will be calculated and displayed during checkout, before you confirm your order.

Please note that any delivery fee displayed before checkout is an estimate. The final cost is determined at checkout based on the details of your order and delivery address.
Weekend deliveries may carry additional charges. Free delivery promotions, where applicable, will be clearly advertised.
Courier Partners
We work primarily with Aramex as our trusted delivery partner. However, we may use alternative, reputable couriers where necessary to ensure that your order is delivered efficiently and on time.
Receiving Your Delivery
To ensure a smooth delivery process:
- Please make sure that you or an authorised, responsible person is available at the delivery address to receive your order.
- The receiving party will be required to sign a delivery note confirming receipt of the goods.
- If someone other than you accepts the parcel, it will be assumed that they are authorised to do so on your behalf.
If no one is available at the time of delivery:
- The courier will attempt to contact you to reschedule.
- If delivery cannot be completed after multiple attempts, a redelivery fee may apply.
If you’d like to arrange delivery on a specific date, please contact us and we’ll do our best to assist.
Inspection Upon Delivery
Before accepting your parcel:
- Please inspect the outer packaging for any visible damage.
- If the packaging appears damaged, do not accept the parcel and notify us immediately.
Once the delivery note is signed, the parcel is considered accepted in good condition.
If you receive an incorrect or damaged product, you may refuse the delivery. We will arrange a replacement and redelivery at no additional charge.
To ensure full transparency, Habby And Lace photographs all outgoing orders prior to dispatch. This helps us verify the condition of goods and resolve any delivery-related concerns promptly.
